Our Pledge

NOËL CARDOON believes in providing you the best service. Given that flowers are perishable and arrangements are made to order, we do all we can to ensure the highest standard of our products. Outside factors dictate the life of a flower and, though we will do our best to create something that endures, and you will enjoy, if you are disappointed, we ask you to contact us immediately and we will take suitable next steps.

Delivery

We do not guarantee specific delivery times, however most floral arrangements will be delivered after 1pm and before 4pm. NOËL CARDOON will contact the recipient upon arrival (by phone) however, should no one be home to accept the product, the flowers will be left in a safe place. At this time, we cannot accommodate special instructions for delivery (such as doorstep, porch, etc.). Should the recipient have an office or more convenient place for delivery that guarantees receipt, we advise using this location.

Opera d’arte

Each floral arrangement is a work of art designed specifically with you, the recipient, and the occasion in mind. Due to seasonality, each arrangement will be unique – no two orders will look the same. It may be necessary, at times, to make substitutions or alterations to your selection.

NOËL CARDOON uses upcycled vases and, should you or your recipient become a repeat client, we will work with you to collect vases to reuse for future arrangements – discounts apply.

Floral Design Consultation 

Should you wish to order several arrangements for an event, NOËL CARDOON will work with you to select the appropriate vases, flowers, and settings for cohesion, elegance, and theme. All vases used for these occasions remain the property of NOËL CARDOON and will be collected after the event. A floral design consultation is required prior to purchasing.

Community Engagement

NOËL CARDOON believes in supporting the local community through a variety of outlets. In particular, flowers designated to be thrown away after an event, will be collected with the vases and donated to an organization that the client and NOËL CARDOON identifies. A list of these organizations is available upon request.
